Our Spaces

Our work-spaces are rented on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment. We only require first and last month’s rent/cleaning deposit upon signing the rental agreement. Our building has artist work-spaces, gallery and classroom. If you are looking for space, you can choose which size space you want. As our residents can stay as long as they wish, this can lead to long wait times. However, resident artists can move from space to space depending on availability if they desire. Open spaces are offered to our current residents first, then to new artists.
